How long after I place my order, will I receive my goods?

We will arrange for shipment of your goods as soon as the order is placed and approved for payment. Usually it takes between 2 business days within Victoria and 7 business days to any other state within Australia.

What warranty comes with my order?

As our BBQ’s are 100% Australian made we offer a 36 month structural warranty on material and workmanship and 12 month warranty on electric motors. You can be assured that we will endeavor to assist with any issues you many encounter. Dizzy Lamb is 100% committed to providing completed customer satisfaction.

What is my delivery charge?

Our delivery charges are based on weight per order within your allocated state or region.
Below is the indication of our delivery fee structure for your ease. It is a flat rate for as many blinds as you order.

How safe am I when placing an order on Dizzy Lamb?

Dizzy Lamb uses EWay, a payment gateway that makes real-time and secure credit card payments. Credit card details are only transferred between the user and the server on the EWay server, not through the Dizzy Lamb server. EWay provides transactions with full 128-bit SSL browser encryption via our own Secure Certificate. This means that all credit card information, payment retrieval and all account tools are fully secured at all times.

Where is my BBQ made?

All Dizzy Lamb BBQ’s & Accessories are manufactured in Melbourne Australia. Therefore you can be assured the products are all of the highest quality. We do not import our BBQ’s like many other competitors.

Can you custom make BBQ’s?

Yes we can quote and custom make BBQ, spit roast accessories and basically anything you may need to enhance your outdoor kitchen.
