The myGRILL SMART cooking system takes the guesswork out of charcoal grilling. Simply select the food you're cooking and let the system do the rest. An embedded temperature sensor continuously reads the heat coming off the coals, and the SMART system uses this data to automatically raise or lower the grill's distance from the coals, keeping your food cooking evenly and reducing the chance of burning. It comes with a range of pre-loaded dynamic recipe settings, complete with icons, covering popular foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, fish and kebabs.
Note: the myGRILL Medium grill has capacity for 21 x 4mm skewers when fully loaded.
