Its Large Skewer Gear Box is triangular in design, holding 2 lower skewers and 1 upper skewer. This layout means you can cook different meats simultaneously at different heat levels - for example, positioning chicken on the upper skewer for a slower cook that ensures it's cooked through properly. The Deluxe Auto is ideal for larger gatherings, comfortably catering for 18 to 20 people per cook.
The included Raised Grill expands your cooking options further, letting you grill items that aren't suited to a souvla skewer while still locking in that authentic charcoal flavour. Just like adjusting the souvla, you can raise or lower the grill to fine-tune the heat and cook exactly the way you want.
