Our brisket rub is specifically designed to bring a subtle yet distinctive taste to the beef without overpowering the natural flavours of the meat. Using the basis of the traditional Texas style rub of salt and pepper, we have added the Fire and Brimstone stamp of flavour with the addition of garlic. Our most versatile rub, this combination of flavours will complement and enhance every dish you add it to, meats, fish, vegetables and more. Made in Australia with 60% Australian products. Made and used by Fire and Brimstone BBQ in the restaurant for the Australian market. Using high quality ingredients to compliment the meat whilst not overpowering the original meat flavour. Halal, Vegetarian and Vegan safe. No MSG and GF. Suggested usage is for beef, however this Texas inspired rub is suitable for all proteins.
